Telling a story that's happened to everyone at some stage is always a good idea.

You're animating style is very good, but maybe next time leave out the random ring-collecting sound effects.

They wern't random, if you pay attention the only times I use them is when Rings were involved, as the sound would have been used in the game. <:

This is good for your first animation. As mentioned in other reviews, some of the sprites squash at random points.
I did enjoy it though, coming from a DBZ fan.

I really liked the animation style, but the music was a bit head-melting.

Other than the obvious things, such as not being very long and that it doesn't have a story, it's very good.
You're drawing style is very impressive and you're background is detailed.
You could try looking at other loops and possibly next time you could a mini-story that never ends.
